On top of all that I have said, in order to become sucessful in the music industry, you have to sign a contract and in most cases the music will be dictated to put out radio friendly single before they will allow the album to be a wrap. Roger Troutman used a talk box which is basically a little tube that is hooked up to a synthesizer and it is much harder to do then use auto tune because you basically have to play the notes that you want to sing in with the keyboard.
